The app doesn’t seem to support newer versions of iOS. Not sure why the developers can’t seem to update the app so that it can continue to be used with the device. I am now having to purchase a new and different device because this app no longer works with the feeder.

It worked in the past. With iOS 13 it no longer works.
It worked for a long time. With iOS 13 it no longer works. The feeder will say that it paired, but the iPad will not. Because of this, the WiFi and camera and timed feeding do not work with the WOPET. You can only use the button on the machine. Updated 2019 and 2020, still doesn’t work. Do not buy this device/software.
