Game good, percentages not

The game play is just fine, and goes quickly, but I was questioning the probability percentages. I just tracked 100 hands, and out of that 100 I pulled 38 pairs, only 8 of which were 10's or above, 3 two pair, 2 three if a kind, and nothing above that. All these percentages are well below statistical probability. I had played probably a couple hundred hands before tracking, and thought the probability seemed a tad light. In all the hands I've played, have only scored 1 bonus, and that was a flush. The game play is solid, so if you're using it to learn, or brush up on, Caribbean stud poker, all is fine. I guess I just get miffed when people develop card/casino games that don't stand up to statistical probability.
