Second authentication
When we are in the workplace, we cannot look for our phones for a code to get into our records. In fact, most workspaces would like for us to not be on our phones. They are locked and put away during work hours. To check people in and check people out or even take payment. Having the second authentication makes Aesthetic Record very difficult to use in the workspace it is a very slow and hard process just to get Aesthetic Record to work properly or even sign in. Has not been our favorite!

Needs major updates
App. isn’t great. It needs updates to the UI, search experience, navigation, different views, and reporting. App. is all around not great. There are features that haven’t been invested in that should be. It also is constantly crashing.
