Half baked

The mobile app is pretty raw but the platform is pretty disappointing right now too. The calendar view is useless if you have more than a couple of tasks. There is no functional multi talk view. So if you are trying to manage a large number of projects, you wear out your scroll wheel trying not to miss things. The platform can be super slow at times as well. Hopefully they'll fix all of this someday.

The Best To-Do App + Asana Replacement

I love this to do list/project management app. It is replacing both Wunderlist and Asana for me. Wunderlist got shut down and there were certain features that Asana was missing for me. This apps layout (UX/UI) is exactly how I needed to be for maximum productivity. Unlike all the other apps on the market right now (and I’ve tested just about all of them), The UI is not crowded, which makes it easy to see what you have to do at a glance without a bunch of little icons and dates scattered all over each to do item, the way most other apps organize their layout. Smart task has reminders, repeat reminders, (Asana was missing this so I couldn’t use it) multiple views (task list, board, calendar, timeline), phone and desktop notifications (Asana was missing this so I can’t use them! I need reminders on my devices that I can set!), sub tasks, sub task reminders, assigning tasks to teammates, assigning sub tasks, tags, attachments, comments, projects, milestones, task dependencies, duplicating tasks, priority levels, due dates, custom fields, slack integration, permissions, recurring tasks… The list goes on. They thought of everything. They looked at what was missing in all the other to do apps and put them all into one app! I am so grateful to have found them.

A great mobile version of a great tool

I love smart task, I use it every single day on the computer to run my business. The app seamlessly connects and allows me to manage and keep track of my projects and tasks on the go.

Works well for me

I have a premium account, so I plan to use the mobile app quite a bit. It is very functional, but very basic. They really need to add the kanban board capabilities to this app from the website functions. I use this on the iPad quite a bit and building up the app to match the website features will be essential.
