angkor market group in siem reap asks $5 minimum to use pi pay
i went to angkor market group (angkor market) in siem reap and the lady refused to let me use pi pay to make a purchase telling me it must be $5 minimum in order to ise pi pay. when i asked to speak to the manager another cashier allowed me to use pi pay.
