Never comes close to working.

This app has multiple issues as anyone can see by reading a few random reviews. I’ve tried this app 4 or 5 times using the free $20 from T-Mobile. We have 4 lines and none were ever successful to completion. I wouldn’t gamble my own money on this app. The first time there were technical issues that the code wasn’t accepted by the app. The second time all login information was lost when the information was supposed to be migrated and wasn’t. The developer promised it would be fixed in a few days. 3 months later it still wasn’t fixed so we created new accounts. No emails were ever received saying there was a problem and the remedy was a new account. The remaining times we called restaurants in advance based on endless comments here that the restaurants don’t accept the coupons. That is factual. Not one restaurant ever heard of Dining Advantage or was willing to accept the coupons. Having to log in every time is insane. Touch ID and Face ID have been around for years, or just leave users logged on. The UI is awful. You shouldn’t have to start from the beginning of the list each time you look at an offer. This app needs a complete rebuild. The contracts with restaurants needs to be completely revamped which is the fault of Dining Advantage, not the developer. The business model may have worked 20 years ago but it too needs refreshing. T-Mobile needs to stop posting this offer this until the technical glitches and the contractual problems between Dining Advantage and listed restaurants is worked out. Finally the developer should stop with the canned answers that aren’t valid and fix the app so it works. The developer should allow Dining Advantage defend their policy. It’s not the developer’s job. Dining Advantage has our email addresses. Explain the contractual problems and we might be more understanding. Most of these restaurants gladly accept other discounts so the problem is uniquely yours.

T-mobile screwed up here.

Pathetic. I see now why the app has such a bad score. And what the H is access code? How do you get it? Stupid
