Terrible Update
The new update (9/24ish) is awful. The map doesn’t stay centered, and moves around both erratically and continuously. The voice directions don’t stay turned off from one ride to the next. As well, voice directions will start talking when no ride is taking place. The ‘contact passenger’ button is gone from the basic screen, meaning you have to ‘start’ a ride to contact a customer. On the desktop side, they no longer can see the shuttle icon. Today, for about 4 hours, the app wouldn’t load at all. A new update could at least solve the issue with scheduling future rides. There must be an easy way to make it so the ride appears more than 5 minutes ahead of time to the driver. The larger font is nice, I guess. This app has been a useful tool, if sometimes glitchy and clunky. So it’s disappointing when something made to “improve” the experience does anything but. Best of luck in fixing the numerous issues.
