Doesn’t work!
Booked a cab Thursday afternoon to go to work Friday morning in anticipation snowy weather. Reserved it for a few minutes earlier than I actually needed, just in case. At the pickup time, I get a message saying a car has been dispatched. (Late, but okay...) I have a name, plate number, etc. 2 minutes later, I get a message saying the booking is cancelled. (WHAT?!?) I instantly call the number, and the woman says “there is nothing on my screen” and “there are no cars in the area.” Totally unhelpful! No apologies, nothing. App deleted. Users beware!
