Great clothes, but frustrating app
The clothes are really cute and good quality, but they are definitely expensive… I spent about $160 on just three items. Even so, I really love what I purchased. The main issue I had was with the rewards account and app. I signed up in-store and then logged in on my phone, but I can’t even fully log in because the app keeps repeatedly asking me to verify my email, and the verification email never arrives. Because of this, I can’t access my account properly or see how many points I have. I also tried contacting customer service for help, but the chat just ended before I was ever able to talk to anyone, which was frustrating. Overall, I love Garage’s style and quality, but the app and customer service experience need improvement.
