Once you are approved, you can see what you qualify for, compare home prices, and mortgage payments all from your phone. Once you are under contract you will be notified when your loan moves through each milestone of the lending process, so you are kept up to date. Your agent also has access too! Your agent can print a pre-approval letter right from their phone so you can make that offer right then and there!

Easy and reliable

Very simple and straightforward. So easy to use and I had no trouble at all using it. It was fast and reliable. Extremely satisfied with this app and would recommend to anyone!

Garbage.

I put my username in wrong one time. One time, and it locked my account. It’s my username for christs sake, I spend an hour every month resetting all my stuff because of this pathetic login requirements. I literally write all my usernames and passwords down, but if your going to require every imaginable password requirement short of a DNA test, then shutting down an account after one mistake is just plain stupid.
