I have no idea how much money I have bc I can’t log in
Every time I try to log in it tells me that there was an error. I don’t know what to do at this point. Ive forgot my username and password and it won’t work when I try the “forgot password”. PLEASE fix this app

As complicated as possible
Support staff are super helpful, the product itself is garbage. The limitations, layout, and user friendliness are on a par with 1990s reliability. Instead of making my company banking easier, the online services create huge frustration and waste hours each month, always resulting in calling support to learn another obscure or “wish I had know that sooner” piece of information. Today after receiving the monthly email that my e-statement was ready to view/print, I spent 30 mins trying to locate it. Having printed it off each month without issue, I called for help. Apparently, for some reason I was no longer “signed up for online statements”. Yet the system alerted me that it was available. Very typical example of the issues, frustrating waste of time e-banking at this bank creates routinely.
