Terrible
This app is absolutely terrible. The UI is so busy it’s hard to see some things. Sometimes the buttons on the screen don’t work. Today the app wouldn’t show the edit “stop” button, also no maps button, so if you’re on a route you’re not familiar with, you’ll have to type it into your GPS app every time. I feel bad that my contractor actually has to pay for this. One more thing, if you have to pick something up that’s not in your manifest, I will show up 5-30 minutes later, then when you try to close the stop because you already picked up while at that stop, it tells you that your out of range. Quit telling me new pick ups have been added to my manifest. I know they were, I am the one who picked them up. Edit: why do I keep getting notifications for time windows closing when I have already completed my checklist and clocked out? And I hate the “new pickup added to manifest” when I’ve already picked up and am now 20 stops away.
