Can’t get in. How do you not support SSO? It’s 2025 - get with it.

Login email is case-sensitive?
We all probably have SSO to login to our CRM but this app just sits there after you put in your email address. No feedback that it’s trying to reach SSO or anything. Just no response. How hard is this to get right? Maybe my company doesn’t allow the app or something. Who knows since it’s like a blank wall of non-responsiveness. It appears the email is case sensitive even though email addresses and domains are not. Seems like an easy thing to correct in the input field.
