teladoc is better
my employer switched to FSH for 2026. two months in and i literally cannot stand it. the terms of service/privacy policies are sketchy, and their check in guidelines are overly strict, but the experience is the worst part. i waited TWO hours for “urgent care” to call me back. i stepped away from my phone for a second after hanging around for hours. i missed the call by a minute and there is no option to call back. with our previous service i received care usually within ten minutes, never more than thirty. i could also call back if i missed the provider’s call. FSH forces you to enter another visit request and start the process over. this is very arduous with their wait times and hoops. the pros of FSH are that its free to me, the app is very well designed and easy to use, and the third party providers can be competent.
