Impossible to Set Up
In order to use the app one has to sign up for an account. After entering Name, Email and choose a password, you will get a verification code per email. Whenever I enter the code to verify my account, an error message appears “Incorrect Verification Code”. This stupid app does not work. I tried 20 times over 2 days!!!!!!!!! After receiving your response, it seems you guys don’t take the issue seriously!!. Of course I was entering the “correct” and “latest” verification code. It worked after I tried to do it for 3 days!!!!!!!! Same with every account I tried to set up for family members. Instead of replying this nonsense, I would recommend you spend some time trying to address and fix the issue.
