Bait and switch
App was great for pool play of nationals tournament, but once we got to bracket play, there was zero information - no brackets, no times, nothing. We had no idea who or where we played next, what time, how our opponent was doing. It would have been easy to post the brackets on the app with all info. The app was worthless at the worst time. Opportunity lost.
