Evolution appreciation
Can’t express just how incredible this app truly is. I was intrigued after reading Joe’s “Evolution” book several years ago, it offers every step to not only improving your physical health, but your mental health. I’m on week 5 and never felt better. I just have to show my appreciation for Joe, who made it seem possible for a guy like me to change my whole life around with his approach. I’d highly suggest both the app & book to everyone looking to EVOLVE!
