This is a complaint about not receiving my funds/ not having my funds converted every time I receive an international payment for salary paid by my employer even when I provide statements and let it be known that I will be receiving payments every month but I am still being sent emails to confirm the international payments to go through regardless of my responses each time. I am still delayed even when I confirm for my funds to be converted. I am very unhappy about this.

If anything goes wrong the app does not generate a traceable error code. It will simply say “Something went wrong”. Absolutely useless
