Garbage
Terrible app and even worse customer support. 50% of patient visits have no video or no audio and can’t be completed. Support teams only response to the issue is to reinstall app which does nothing. I’m sorry but I’ve never had to reinstall other apps on a weekly basis. Save your time and money and use Doximity.

Poor product
The platform did not work consistently as intended. About 30-40% of the time health questionnaires do not port into the athena discrete data mapped sections, patients frequently called the office for support regarding the MyCarePlan app or website, and logging into the provider app is "glitchy" at times and will tell you you have the wrong password or username. In this case, you have to just keep logging in and eventually it will accept your information and allow you to login. I recommend looking at the review in the app store for MyCarePlan for patients and providers as well as using google to read reviews. My practice is now paying for two products due to the number of patient and provider complaints regarding Qure4U. We did not wait to switch. We have been with them for over a year and will have to pay out our contract despite them being aware of all of the issues we have been having.
