Pre-loaded wallets needs to go
This is the most stupid requirement of this app. To constantly keep a balance and when it drops below 5 to reload automatically what a scam. What if someone just needed to use it once. This doesn’t make sense just change it to pay per use or give an option to turn it off for guests or infrequent users.

If you need support you will talk to this really dumb AI who laughs at you if you ask for a live person. The charger shows it is available but the app is not working to connect with the charger and you can only get to talk to the AI. Multiple chargers have the same error. 🤷🏻 Good luck with it!
