TERRIBLE!!!

It won’t let you see how much it cost before you commit. $25 for 30 minutes, that’s not even for an electric bike it’s pedal only. The seats won’t go up very hard on the knees! We got back three minutes early, but it would not end our time because the bike would not lock. RIPE OFF!

The bike was easy enough to rent, but when I was trying to end my ride after 34 minutes, it kept on telling me that I wasn’t at a hub and that I was going to have to pay $10 penalty fee. I was in fact at a hub. and I kept on following the prompts to end the ride. I tried to message through the app but that wasn’t going through either. The only way it would let me finish. My ride was if I agreed to pay the $10 penalty and when I paid the $10 penalty. Less than 1 star.
