Worst Company
I originally switched to WING in 2018 when they first launched and was doing the cash back for unused data. Over the last few years they stopped doing that all together and customer service has basically been all bots. Last year they ended up switching our towers to Verizon which is the worst coverage ever. Recently, we went out of town and for some reason our coverage went in the trash and we basically ended up stranded in an unknown town with no service for over 24 hours having to try and find restaurants with WIFI. NOW, we are trying to switch providers and they basically hold your account number and Port ID hostage by having you contact customer service. No one answers you. I’ve been on “hold” for 2.5 hours. They make it impossible for you to get your information. It’s not on any of the invoices or in your accounts online or in app. Probably the worst company to go with. Stick with your main providers, it’s not worth it!
