Often have delivery issues
I’m in a multi-tenant building and I often have problems getting packages and deliveries. They can’t properly access the system and/or get frustrated and say that they can’t get security access. Meanwhile, I have no notification or way to know, until I track a package online with an undeliverable status. The front door interaction system is harder than it should be. No delivery driver is going to take 5 min filling out their name, etc into system for a delivery.

Since latest update, can no longer sign into the app.
Since latest update, was logged off and can no longer sign into the app. Have reset the password and still no good. Can log in my account via a browser, however. Hope this gets fixed soon.
