Doesn’t always work
The ball is very good when it works but I find the ball loses connection quite often. And after a while this gets quite frustrating. Especially when you feel like you’ve just thrown a good pitch.

Doesn’t work
We’ve tried numerous times to set, reset, restart - you name it. Ball doesn’t stay connected with iPhone beyond 20-25 feet, which pretty much renders the ball useless unless you’re working with a toddler. Tried emailing customer services several weeks ago to no avail. My sons birthday present is pretty much a paper weight, which no one uses anymore, so sadly it’s not even good for that.
