Dev Team Needs To Be Overhauled
I’m somewhat suspicious that they don’t actually have a team and used AI to create this, “App”. It’s literally missing basic functionality and takes FOREVER to load on initial launch. I have a 1gig network connection at home, even my cellular mobile is quite adequate, yet every time I launch the app, it sits staring at me for at least 2 minutes before it actually loads the home screen. Navigating through the menus there’s lots of redundancy. A circular menu if you will. They’re lacking the perspective of end users and it shows. Trash.

awful. complete scam. finally cancelled a policy after a claim i filed 3 months ago required 10+ emails and 15+ phone calls to work out. they rarely respond to you, and if they do they just say you’re missing paperwork and they can’t do anything
