Think Sonos app in 2013 but worse
Terrible experience. The interface feels like it hasn’t been updated since 2012. It’s laggy, doesn’t integrate with TV or other home audio equipment, and the app is completely outdated — it can’t even sync to its own products in a timely manner. To top it off, it only works about a third of the time. Save your money.

Disappointed
I own several of their products because I truly appreciate the quality of their sound. However, given how expensive they are, one would naturally expect outstanding customer service when something isn’t performing properly. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. Their customer service is among the worst I’ve encountered. I’ve been dealing with an issue with “The Arch” for almost a month now. There’s no phone support available, and their email customer care has been completely unresponsive.
