I have no clue why my company wants us to use this app. It is by far the absolute worst app I have ever used. Never works.

Frequently have take steps to get the app to allow incoming and outgoing calls. Sometimes the only solution is to reinstall the app. That should not be necessary. Can’t have the desk phone plugged in and have the app work. Great concept, but needs some work.

If you are trying to find an app for your company/business then do not use this horrible app. Connectivity never works Answering calls - don't work rings all the way through then you have to call them back If you decide to use this app after reviewing my very important review you must like to waste time/money!
