Their hardware products also lack interoperability. That’s what you get with cheap stuff!

Login issues
Been using this app with their smart switch for years without incident, but now it’s suddenly asking for an email and password! After a few pw guesses, I submitted a request to reset the password in the app. No email response. Nothing. Now it’s completely bricked and useless! Very disappointed!
