About Jooki
Jooki is the only high-quality speaker that gives kids safe, screen-free access to streaming audio content.
Grown-ups create playlists from Spotify (or their own MP3) and associate them with a Jooki figurine in a few clicks with the Jooki app. Next, kids just place that figurine or token on Jooki to start the playlist… or lift it to pause, stop or change.
Children grow fast and their needs change just as quickly. Parents will easily reprogram Jooki tokens and figurines to share new inspiring audio content with their kids. Jooki will play Spotify playlists when connected to Wi-Fi and MP3 playlists anytime, anywhere. More than one phone can connect and program Jooki tokens/figurines.
From the Jooki app, parents will be able to connect Jooki to a new Wi-Fi network (Jooki will remember up to 8 networks), connect Jooki to a wireless headset or speaker, enable or disable the volume limitation compatible with 3-year-old toy safety standards, and turn off Jooki remotely.

Don’t waste your money!!
We had the Jooki for just a few months. It stopped working. We have tried everything as per customer support and troubleshooting on their site. Nothing has worked. Customer support is mediocre, at best!

Neat device, terrible app
We can’t connect the speaker to our home wifi because the app doesn’t recognize certain special characters. How is this even a thing? The Jooki app wants us to change our wifi password which would involve changing the wifi password in every device we have that’s connected to our home network (security cameras, laptops, gaming consoles, printers, etc), it should be an easy fix with an app update but nothing yet. Come on, Jooki. Do better!
