I LOVE this game I just love it

Such a stupid game
So I was grinding for like 1 hour non stop to get level 20 and 40 gems and I bought heavy soldier and the aim bot sniper and when I logged on the next day everything was gone and I was level 1 with 5 gems. Devs can you please fix this and also while I was level 0 I joined a multiplayer and when I try to walk my screen turns black and I can’t fix it
