I have attempted multiple time to reach out for support without reply. Issues of rebate submission that are not credited are an issue. There is no follow up or notice. Repeated after submission simple disappear.

Great rebates, but lots of rejected submissions
My receipt submissions were often rejected, thus no rebate, and even worse, there were no notifications telling me they were rejected, so I would eventually look at my past submissions and see the rejection, when it’s way too late. Issues with submissions should be instantly dealt with!
