App Needs More Efficiency
Too many steps to create an order. Drop down menu in payment details should start with United States for country especially since the app is tracking the person’s location while using the app and South Block is not available in any other country. Also in the payment details, for the expiration date of the credit card, that too should have a scroll down with the month and year instead of having to type the information in. Once signed in, the name should auto-populate for the name field in the payment information. Eliminate all the extra pop-ups for add-ons and remove the automatic tip selection.
