Don’t waste your time
What a ridiculous app. It just simply doesn’t work. Every time I see my doctor, I beg them to dump this piece of junk App and get “My Chart”app! The answer that every customer hates it and wants them to change it! Elation App notifies me of my doctors appointments, but it doesn’t even have the physician they text me about my appointment yet this same physician is not listed on my app chart! The app is just a bad joke! Don’t waste your time downloading it!

Worthless
Unfortunately, this app is not useful to us. At the bare minimum, office messages should show up on the Home Screen. We should be able to access faxes(results). It doesn’t even show you the chronological record in the patient chart. It’s literally worthless to me.
