App doesn’t work

Awful costumer service, unable to communicate or use the rental service, despite uploading all the required documents. They don’t answer fast, the communication is either via WhatsApp, email or Instagram. It looks like there is only a robot on the other side and when the person decided to answer, it takes forever. Unable to rent the car, I deleted the app.
