inconsistant at best
I have four cams and 1gb internet connection and cams are close to router and almost every time i enter the app and click on one cam it goes to another cam. also it takes a long time to load a cam when clicking on it. fix your app please

Pricing went too far
I’ve been using CloudEdge for my cameras and everything was fine at first. The app worked, storage was affordable, and it made sense for what you were getting. But doubling the price from $3.99 to $6.99 per camera in a single year is excessive. When you have multiple cameras, that jump adds up fast. Nothing significantly improved to justify that kind of increase. It feels unnecessary and out of touch with long term customers. Because of that, I’m removing all my cameras and switching to a competitor. I don’t mind paying for a service, but the pricing has to make sense. This doesn’t anymore.
