The app never works when you need it and I have to reset my password every few months bc it randomly stops letting me get into the app

Horrible, please update?
I have never left an app review and probably won’t again. This app is seriously a necessity for me but over half the time it says there’s issues and I need to call. Half of the features don’t even work. Please fix this app
