Inadequate Rewards Program
They used to have 3 level of rewards programs depending on your frequency and they changed it after we reached the Gold Card and then the final 3rd level. We we’re literally eating there once a week because the rewards program was so great and we wanted to get to the 3rd level. I had a photo take with the manager once I reached gold level and was awarded a huge Boston’s beer mug with their logo on it. That was really special. So no we visit once every 2 months cause they changed the new rewards program to literally a waste of time. I have 122 points after 15 -20 visits over the past year since they changed the program. That’s a joke. I like the food and variety but I don’t support companies screwing over customers. They lost our business.
