Can't create profile!

Can't create profile, birthdate incorrect, height not in feet/inches, weight not in pounds - can't change it. What's wrong with this thing?

Just meh at best

On the surface you may think you’re getting an app with modern, quality recorded workouts but no - you get a creepy Sim figure doing the routines. As others have said you’ll do much better going onto YouTube for an endless selection of free videos with a great deal of variety to meet you where you are.

Beautiful - - and Motivating!

I've just got to comment on the Mr. Rebounder app experience! I have rebounded for years, on and off. I saw this app some time ago, but only in the last seven months have I decided to subscribe and catapult my rebounding to new heights of enjoyment, and health! I tinker with things. That is something I enjoy. So, after listening to a variety of music included in the app, I noticed something interesting. There is a simple way to mute the music, but the DING between exercises still rings out! So, I have the app on my iPad, which is on a stand on a shelf in front of my rebounder. I play music, or a podcast, from my phone through speakers in my room. And, I still hear the DING easily, marking time to move to the next movement! Wow! Custom playlists while rebounding! Lastly, thank you, Dave, for the app update. I love the new graphics... just beautiful! Lesssssss Go!

Seems to go down a lot

Nice app if you have a cellerciser or just about any rebounder in general. Unfortunately it appears to go down a lot nowadays. Might just be better to follow routines online. I have only been able to use the app around 50% of the time for the past month!

Customer service is nonexistent

I’ve used this app for a long time, but three months ago it stopped logging in and has since claimed that I don’t have a subscription. I emailed the company twice at that time with no reply. After that I got busy and haven’t been using my cellerciser lately. Today I was reviewing my credit card account and noticed I recently paid for this again as I did last month as well. I tried logging into my account and it still says that I’m not subscribed. I’ve now paid for three months with absolutely no service and no replies to my emails. I just emailed them again. If this isn’t resolved I’ll cancel. That would be too bad because its a good product and will be missed. But the lack of customer service is unacceptable when they continue to bill me.
