Can’t log in…Can’t get help by phone…
The app (including its many now-defunct previous versions) has been mostly useless for as long as I’ve been a member of the credit union. I’ve been able to log in once, but every other time that I’ve tried to log in, I’ve run into one roadblock or another. Either it’s the app purging my account, random security questions when logging in from the same phone that I signed up with, security questions with no correct answer causing me to use all attempts and lock up the account, not being able to talk to a representative about the account using the provided help line number because there is yet another code or phrase that I need in front of me, etc. The credit union has lost sight of any value or utility that the app is supposed to offer members. Either streamline the user experience by requiring a 3rd Party Text or Call Authentication along with a reliable Authenticator app, or just go back to mailing us our statements. The app, as it is, functions as just a checkbox that some project manager had to check off, but is little more than a bottomless pit that the credit union drops money into hoping to get something out of it…all the while destroying value for the shareholders, who are also the users. It creates extra work for the credit union in an area outside its expertise (app building, coding, IT), instead of focusing on the functions where it adds the most value. It would probably be a better use of time and resources to simply find a way to further automate the physical mailing of statements, making it cheaper and less time consuming than it was.

What a Joke
This is the third app in the last few years used by this worthless bank. Geniuses decided that a long weekend at the end of the month would be the best time ever to shut down all electronic banking to switch this crap over, yet again. Fun not being able to pay my rent or do much of anything on vacation! On top of this, my partner’s account has been hacked already — can’t get a hold of the bank through any route save in person. My account now appears to have been hacked — same problem, no one will answer phone or email. Word to the wise: bank literally anywhere else.
