Good concept but too many last minute cancellations
As a customer it is extremely frustrating to have designed your day around expecting this person to come and do this service just for them to cancel literally 3min before the scheduled time. Some even canceled on me when I call to ask where they were after being more than 10 minutes late. I wish the app did a better job at incentivizing people to be serious about what they commit to and protecting consumer’s time.
