Incredibly bad UX
This app is a poster e child for the importance of hiring UX designers. To book the desk I sit at Every Single Day, I need to tap at least 10 times after opening the app, with pauses between some so I have to wait. It’s not that it takes all that long; I can do it while riding the elevator, it’s just so annoying that most people have given up, so there are conflicts between those who got in early and those who reserved the desk earlier. If you’re a business: don’t buy this. It will cause employee stress and conflict.

Can’t even login
This app has you send a verification code to your email. I put my work email in and I do not receive a verification code at all. I know it’s valid as I can receive emails about my check in but I’d like to use this app when I don’t have my laptop with me.
