Terrible
Setting up for the first time, literally just created a password, and it’s not letting me logon. I’ve even reset my password 3 times now and it’s still giving an error when I try to login. My storage unit facility charges extra fees if I want to pay via website so if I don’t want to pay extra I need to use this app that won’t even let me login. What a joke.

initialization/login issues
I’m just trying to utilize tools to keep me organized manage my storage account… so I downloaded this app only to find that launching the app consistently results in failure: “Oops! No internet connection found”… blah blah blah. The thing of it is, I have a very viable network connections. I have a solid mobile signal… and I’ve tried turning wireless off, I’ve tried different wifi routers, I’ve tried VPN… Frustratingly, no connection to the app’s server to set anything up and begin managing my rental. What gives?
