Could use a Lot of work
Most up to date apps for rents aren’t nearly as bad as this. They need to hire someone to make a new one or fix this up. I’ve had better apps that don’t crash and there isn’t a lot of buttons to navigate on this app. As straightforward as it is, there is not home button. You swipe down thinking it will take you back to the front home page, it doesn’t, it’s just a broken front page of a loading screen. The app shows a fee if you pay. Now this fee is only shown if you paid by card vs direct deposit from bank account. It literally should say that somewhere but it doesn’t show that anywhere so it’s smacked in the middle of your screen with no explanation. Submitting maintenance is difficult and it could use a bit of work instead of is contacting the main office through normal email or calling. As an introvert, I really don’t want to deal with people.

Rent is due today. Also day three of the app crashing every time I try to pay. *sigh*.
