About OT Order Application
OpenText Order App is used by retailers to track their orders and how those are being fulfilled by the participating suppliers. The suppliers will send real-time updates to the order processing to OpenText B2B gateway. The app will consolidate the order information.
The retailers can view the status of the orders placed with a supplier. They can view where in fulfillment cycle is their order and what changes are happening (in terms of quantity, date of delivery etc.) in real-time.
