Extra fees
There is a small basket fee and a convenience fee in addition to the driver tip. The total ended up coming out to pretty close to what I would’ve paid if I just went into the store even when using a $10 off credit. I suppose if you don’t have a car and you live a long ways from the store, it might be worth it, but it feels like a waste of money to me.

The glitches are horrendous
I will be deleting my membership and the app. The insane amount of time it takes to go from the Home Screen to check out is ridiculous. It took me 7 minutes to go to my cart and check out, and it still crashed when I tried to give the driver more than a $3 tip. I don’t mean 7 minutes to pick my items and check out- I mean 7 minutes for the page to load so I could go to my cart and check out. I have full service and don’t run into this issue with any other apps. This has been happening consistently over the last two months to the point I am taking my business elsewhere and I ordered from here on a weekly basis before the app did this. Horrific.
