This is NOT a plug-and-play installation, and if your system is performing poorly, it’s because the proper steps were skipped. The required process for five-star performance: 1. BT, Not WiFi: It's a Bluetooth system, meaning you MUST be outside near the controller for programming. 2. Meticulous Setup: We spend the time at night creating groups and labeling every single fixture accurately on the app. Seeing the light is the only way to program it right? 3. Training is KEY: If the installer doesn't walk the homeowner through the app controls and features, the system is doomed to a bad review.
