I got this app since last October 2024, and Today, 06/16/25, just found out that they provide English sub too. Not sure if it’s for all their series or just for certain ones.. Thank you Bugaboo TV/ CH7 for providing English subtitles for us foreign subscribers!

แอพเวอร์ชั่นปัจจุบันแย่มากๆ
จากแฟนละครไทยที่อยู่ที่สหรัฐอเมริกา ก่อนหน้าที่จะอัปเดทแอพเป็นเวอร์ชั่น 3.0.0 คือแทบจะไม่มีปัญหา มีบ้างที่ดูๆละครอยู่แล้วแอพค้างนานๆ แต่ปัญหาหลังจากอัปเดทเวอร์ชั่นแล้วคือเยอะมากๆ ปัญหาที่พบคือ 1. ละครหลายเรื่องมากไม่สามารถดูได้ เหมือนว่าจะเป็นเรื่องลิขสิทธิ์ ซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้สามารถดูได้หมด 2. มักจะต้องออกจากระบบและล็อกอินใหม่บ่อยๆเวลาที่ไม่ได้เข้าแอพติดต่อกันหลายวัน เนื่องจากเวลาที่จะดูละครพรีเมี่ยม ระบบจะไม่ยินยอม ถึงแม้ว่าซื้อแพ็คเกจพรีเมี่ยมรายปีไว้อยู่แล้ว พอจะลองกดซื้อแพ็คเกจตามที่ระบบแนะนำก็ไม่สามารถซื้อได้ เลยแก้ปัญหาเองโดยการออกและเข้าระบบใหม่ทุกครั้งเมื่อเจอปัญหานี้จึงจะสามารถดูแบบพรีเมี่ยมได้ 3. บ่อยครั้งขณะที่กำลังชมละครอยู่แล้วมีการค้างเกิดขึ้น ดูได้เพียง 1-5 วินาที แล้วค้างนานหลายนาที เป็นแบบนี้อยู่บ่อยๆ แต่บางครั้งก็สามารถรับชมได้ไม่ติดขัด ซึ่งปัญหานี้ไม่ค่อยเกิดขึ้นกับแอพช่องอื่นหรือการใช้งานอื่นๆบนช่องทางออนไลน์ จึงคิดว่าไม่ใช่เกิดจากเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตอย่างแน่นอน อยากให้ช่อง 7 และทีมพัฒนาแอพที่เกี่ยวข้องช่วยปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านี้โดยด่วน
