ServiceNAVI Plus is an app to assist the service technicians how to fix the device issues arisen on the KYOCERA MFP models, and also reduce the service time at the customer site.
After sign-in with the applied accounts, they can utilize the various features.

"NAVI Search" and "Service NAVI" show and search the technical material such as manuals, trouble shooting and videos.
This app also enables to download the offline contents in your portable device in advance in order to limit the usage of public line connection (5G/4G/LTE).
The supported models are as follows as of October, 2021.


"Parts Search" easies the unit information search.
By this feature, the latest unit information (parts number and name) can be identified and these texts can be copied for entering into the optional format.
The supported models are almost of KYOCERA MFPs/Printers installing the units managed with the 10th or 12th digits serial number.

"App User Guide" shows the user guides which describe the basic operation of this app and the detailed operation of each feature.
