HR Plus is a human intelligence application aimed at improving human resource management. It allows companies to manage attendance, leaves and document alerts. This includes recording the employee "Check-In" and "Check-Out" time, managing the employee leave requests as well as send alerts for important employee identification documents. The application also shows the estimated Over Time pay calculated based on company-specific criteria.

With this app, not only employees can be in constant touch with the HR and text them when needed but the HR can broadcast notifications to all employees in the company as well.
