Great at telling you the days to change but no support team
It does its intended purpose of telling you which aligners you're on and when to change them. But DO NOT order from this app. There was a deal that popped up for the retainer cases and I ordered some. I got an email confirmation with an order number. It never came so I checked the tracker and it said no order exists. I've sent 2 separate "tickets" in the support tab over the space of 2-3 months and I haven't heard a thing. It says you get a response within 2-3 days but I don't think anyone actually works for support.

Your login flow sucks
Reset password email only happens after 5 hour delay. Resets password then says account is locked and look for the email you don’t send or I have to wait another couple hours for

Wear Time Log WILDLY inaccurate
I love that I can keep a running record of my (non) wear time each day. But on my 3rd or 4th day, when I opened the app to stop the timer after brushing my teeth and retainers (generally takes about 4 minutes) the counter read 1 hour and 1 minute and I couldn’t adjust the wear time on the same day. Today (week 3) I forgot to stop the timer until it was 2.5+ hours after I’d brushed my teeth. I checked my wear time log just to see if I was mistaken about not being able to change the time the same day … and noticed that the app said I’d worn my retainers for the full 24 hours 3 days this week. Obviously, that didn’t happen. I looked at the monthly tracker and it hadn’t retained the correct wear time for the first or 3rd days either. If the app isn’t going to accurately track/retain my daily total and I can’t edit the same day tracker to account for either system or human error, what’s the point of using it versus tracking it manually? When it works, it’s super helpful. When it doesn’t, or you forget to stop the timer and can’t do anything about it, it’s just frustrating.
